Best Nanocopter: Cheerson CX-10
What I git my hands on this time was really fun.
It’s important to do your research when looking for a good quadcopter, either as a first foray into RC’s or as a new addition to your drone collection. Recently, I have come across the Cheerson CX-10 mini and since I like what I read about it, I would like to share my experience with you.
Description of the Cheerson CX-10
The Cheerson CX-10 mini is a 29mm 4ch 2.4GHZ 6-Axis Gyro LED RC is a lightweight quadcopter that provides great fun for beginners or experienced owners. It’s powered by a rechargeable 3.7V 100mAh lithium battery that can be fully charged in just 30-40 minutes. It’s made from ABS plastic and comes in a range of colors including bright orange. It’s really great for beginners and also experienced hobbyists looking for a small but stylish and well-manufactured quad to play with.

I must admit, the features and benefits are what caught my eyes. Here, let me share them with you:

Pros and Cons
As with any product on the market, there are both pros and cons, and it’s is something that cannot be ignored easily. The defining feature of the Cheerson CX-10 mini is its tiny size and this is both a pro and a con at the same time.
The size makes it both stylish and adaptable, able to fit in the palm of the hand it can be taken anywhere. However, due to its tiny size, the battery tends to overheat when used frequently, which can result in damage to the motors.
The Package includes 4 extra rotor blades and these are needed as crashes are frequent with this product, but it does have excellent durability and can bounce back from most minor crashes with no more than a scratch. Steering this tiny quad can be a tricky maneuver as it can be difficult to distinguish between the back and front of the quad, however, the built-in LED lights can help with this. The lights themselves have a con, they blink when the product has a low battery which can be distracting to the flyer.
This tiny quad can be extremely fast which is great for outdoor use, however indoors this speed can be the culprit of more than one crash. The natural speed of the quad also makes the hover function difficult to use and requires a little practice from all users. It is extremely sensitive and will crash if tilted too far.
Conclusion
Whether a beginner or a seasoned helicopter hobbyist the Cheerson CX-10 mini can provide fun for anyone. Great for teens and kids alike the nano-sized quad is affordable, comfortable and offers a good value investment. It’s extremely durable, lightweight and stylish and its 3 level speed function and easy to use controls make it a good choice for flyers of all ability. It would be a great starting toy for anyone wanting to get into RC’s and a great little quad for experienced flyers to add to their collection. I would personally recommend this product to flyers of all skill levels.
